Introducing Basic Principles of Business Planning and Marketing led by Dr George Lodorfos

Aim of the training session will be to help you prepare more robust goals and better plans. It will also help you understand fully the different uses of a written business plan.

By the end of the programme you will be able to:

• prepare effective business and marketing plans
• anticipate change implications of your plan
• describe the contents of a typical business plan
• describe the contents of a typical marketing plan
• review actual versus forecasted performance
• understand the basic financial and resource implications of your business plan
• justify and evaluate the costs and resource requirements of your plan
• review the operations
• consider alternative business opportunities

Follow up sessions will be available depending on demand.
